What is the 1-2Day Replacement Guarantee? How do I get a defective item, ordered on, replaced?

1 – 2day Replacement Guarantee

All products sold at are covered under our 1-2 Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 24 hours from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost or refund you fully if we don’t have a replacement in stock.

In order to get a defective item replaced

Fill the returns form on the contact us page or call us on 08189332303, within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Please refer to the 1-2Day Replacement Guarantee above. How do I cancel an order on

For outright cancellations by you:

If you cancel your order before your product is dispatched, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Care and inform them of the same. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 1-2 Day Replacement Guarantee above

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 1-2 Day Replacement Guarantee, viz:

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box, packaging, tags or to the product; Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery; Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number; Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging. Innerwear, lingerie, socks, Personal hygiene items (combs, barrettes, hair curlers, hair wigs, hairpieces, and other similar products) All products featured in the sales Section are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


How much are the delivery charges?

Dhaveena Creative Impressions Limited provides free delivery on orders above N5,000 going to Abuja customers while orders below N5,000 within Abuja metropolis will attract N500 delivery charges. All orders going outside Abuja will cost a minimum of N2,000 per delivery

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:

For our customers within Abuja, we will deliver your order within 2-3 working days. For customers outside of Abuja, we will deliver your items within 5 working days.

Pre-Sale: Items indicated as Pre Sale will only be available after 10 working days from the date the offer closes online. For instance, if you placed and order for an item on Pre-Sale on January 1st and the offer closes on January 10th. The Item will be available for delivery on the 20th of January, and will be delivered 3-5 working days from the date of availability; 20th January.

For Out of Stock items: Currently we do not have these products available for sale. Please use the “Notify Me” feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at the store.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we dispatch the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed courier Providers.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will not be able to ship to you.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped with any of our preferred carriers:

1)      United Postal Services.

2)      DHL

3)      God Is Good (GIG logistics)

4)      NIPOST

We cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific carrier.


Does Dhaveena Creative Impressions deliver internationally?

Dhaveena Creative Impressions does not deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the card is registered in Nigeria and the Delivery Address is within Nigeria.


Weekend Delivery

We are unable to arrange weekend deliveries. All shipping and processing times listed on our website are in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding all national holidays).

Some of our shipping carriers occasionally deliver orders sent on Saturdays, but this service cannot be requested or guaranteed


Pay on Delivery

Can I place an order and pay on delivery?

We currently do not offer pay on delivery service.
