The objective of dhaveenastores.com is to cater to the busy clientèle with the sole aim of providing a 24 hours shopping delight. Our online store is an easy and fun way to get quality items at great prices.


Delivery, Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds

What is the 1-2Day Replacement Guarantee? How do I get a defective item, ordered on dhaveenastores.com, replaced?

1 – 2day Replacement Guarantee

All products sold at dhaveenastores.com are covered under our 1-2 Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 24 hours from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost or refund you fully if we don’t have a replacement in stock.

In order to get a defective item replaced

Fill the returns form on the contact us page or call us on 08189332303, within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Please refer to the 1-2Day Replacement Guarantee above. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be dispatch immediately. If you would like your refund transferred to a bank account kindly contact info@dhaveenastores.com

How do I cancel an order on dhaveenastores.com?

For outright cancellations by you:

If you cancel your order before your product is dispatched, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Care and inform them of the same. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 1-2 Day Replacement Guarantee above

Apart from condition reserved hereinabove, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 1-2 Day Replacement Guarantee, viz:

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box, packaging, tags or to the product; Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery; Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number; Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging. Innerwear, lingerie, socks, Personal hygiene items (combs, barrettes, hair curlers, hair wigs, hairpieces, and other similar products) All products featured in the sales Section are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


How much are the delivery charges?

Dhaveena Creative Impressions Limited provides free delivery on orders above N5,000 going to Abuja customers and N2,000 for customers outside Abuja. All orders below N5,000 within Abuja will attract N500 delivery charges

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:

For our customers within Abuja, we will deliver your order within 2-3 working days. For customers outside of Abuja, we will deliver your items within 5 working days.

Pre-Sale: Items indicated as Pre Sale will only be available after 10 working days from the date the offer closes online. For instance, if you placed an order for an item on Pre-Sale on January 1st and the offer closes on January 10th. The Item will be available for delivery on the 20th of January, and will be delivered 3-5 working days from the date of availability; 20th January.

For Out of Stock items: Currently we do not have these products available for sale. Please use the “Notify Me” feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at the store.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we dispatch the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed courier Providers.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will not be able to ship to you.

Orders may be shipped with any of our preferred carriers:

1)      United Postal Services.

2)      DHL

3)      God Is Good (GIG logistics)

We cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific carrier.


Does Dhaveena Creative Impressions deliver internationally?

Dhaveena Creative Impressions does not deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the card is registered in Nigeria and the Delivery Address is within Nigeria.


Weekend Delivery

We are unable to arrange weekend deliveries. All shipping and processing times listed on our website are in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding all national holidays).

Some of our shipping carriers occasionally deliver orders sent on Saturdays, but this service cannot be requested or guaranteed

Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Dhaveena Creative Impressions makes the products available to you (“Product Terms”).

  1. Prices and VAT

Please note that the prices on our website are guide prices only and confirmed only when your order is confirmed.

All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the service charge which will be charged at the rates applicable to the date & time of your delivery.

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we will attempt to deliver substitute lines should selected lines be unavailable unless you request us not to do so.

  1. Acceptance

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the goods. The dhaveenastores.com home delivery service is available for non-commercial and domestic use only. Dhaveena Creative Impressions Limited reserves the right to refuse orders from businesses or that we consider are for commercial or other non-domestic concerns.

  1. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request, our driver may carry your order into the delivery address, for example, to a particular floor in an apartment block.
We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address. Please note that we deliver goods only to specified regions within the FCT Abuja and Lagos state for the time being. Delivery times will be agreed with you after the order is placed.

All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact our Customer Service Centre to re-arrange delivery. In these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver the goods, a further charge may become payable provided that delivery is attempted at the agreed time. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Returns of non-perishable items

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. If you are unhappy with any non-perishable items, simply contact our Customer Service Centre, in the original packaging within 24 hours of dispatch and we will give you a refund on those products or replace the item. Please note that, in the event of a refund, Your statutory rights are not affected.

  1. Cancellation

You can cancel or change any of your current orders up until 3 pm on the day before delivery. you can call our Customer Services department on 08189332303. Please note that orders cannot be canceled by email.

  1. Payment

You can pay by any Interswitch (Verve card) or MasterCard credit card. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order. You will not be charged until your order is ready for dispatch. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items. We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, for example, 3.0 version or higher of Explorer and versions 3.02 or higher of Netscape. This means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.

  1. General

These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria and any disputes will be decided only by the Nigeria courts. If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
